Database Error (90003) - ESXI 6.5.0

Hi,
I installed EVE-NG Com 5, using ISO or importing from OVF.
Both were installed on VMWARE ESXI 6.5.0.
After installing or importing, updating or not (apt update | upgrade), I can't add users.
When trying to add a user, I get the error (database error (90003).
How to fix?

EVE Community can have only 2 admin users

I get the same exact error when adding users after an apt update/upgrade. currently, I only have 1 admin user. whenever I try to add another it gives "database error 90003" also, not sure how to add a user with a different privilege (not admin)

It looks like your Sql database in the EVE is corrupted, and dont try create more that 2 admin users on EVE CE
