Issue with enabling nested virtualisation in Google Cloud

I am struggling at the first hurdle in attempting to install EVE-NG on Google Cloud Platform. I'm following the instructions in the cookbook and entering the command for enabling nested virtualisation. However it fails with an error message. Any suggestions as to where I'm going wrong?

this error saying that you already have created install ISO
nested-ubuntu-focal
