Reinstall the Pro version

Hello,
I have a Pro version and I would like to reinstall because Im having a HDD issue, how should I do this so I dont loose my labs and I have my Pro version in this new install.

2 options,
or you are doing backup of your previous content
https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/backup-eve-ng-content/
reinstall same EVE-NG
apt remove eve-ng-pro
apt update
apt install eve-ng-pro

Install fresh EVE pro then, download ISO or OVF and get EVE pro

sorry to ask but i dont understand.
I install the eve pro and then I install ovf?
what is the user/pass for the pro version?
