Helpdesk Live Chat Not Working

I have tried Chrome and Firefox but it never loads. I am not connected to any VPN.

Any suggestions?

When you last time cleaned your browser cookies?

proper EVE chat site is:
https://webchat.eve-ng.net/login/

also it is reachable from our web, just your browser is not cleaned a years
