Palo Stuck In Maintenance Mode

My employer purchased a Pro license and running version 5.0.1-106. Each time I boot a Palo Alto device it loads into maintenance mode. I tried running a factory reset from the menu but that doesn't help either. I have tried two different images. I have also tried doubling the node CPU and memory along with other things I found online when searching the issue but no luck.

Palo devices run fine in our old Eve community lab on an older image.

-112 CPUs, 504Gb memory and 2216Gb disk space.
-Installed bare metal on Linux physical server.
-I have verified the image paths are correct and the naming per the guide.
-Ran the permission fix
-Didn't see anything in the logs

I upgraded to the latest as suggested but it still does not boot.

I see lots of setting I change change such as Qemu, CPU and Qemu NIC but that is a lot of possible combinations to test.

Ok so after playing around with it I found that selecting the v10 image and performing a wipe on the node before boot fixed it.

I cannot get the v11 image to work.

Well it isn't working for me. I spent an hour on it with another engineer and we only got v10 to work with a wipe.

Never had to do any of that in the past so I am not sure what is going on.

Wipe is mandatory to do, if you had changed settings for node on topology, qemu line or qemu version.
Wipe means clean previous node settings and force it start from scratch with new assigned settings
This atways been in the EVE, if you did changes on already added node on topology

That's the thing though. This is my very first time in this lab and it was the very first node I placed.

Really would like to figure out how to get v11 working but 10 will do fine for now.
