Good morning everybody,

I'd like to switch to a Linux based system (Ubuntu) and I wonder if Eve-NG is supported for Vmware on Linux. I do not simple want to test it out and install Linux just to find out that it is not running on Ubuntu. Do you know if I can run eve-ng community edition on Linux?

I guess you do not read eve documentation, EVE is exactly working on the Ubuntu as OS
Install your HW box with Ubuntu server, and over it install EVE,

If I'm not mistaken this is for bare metal deployment which means it's type 1 hypervisor.

I'd like to run within my Ubuntu OS.
