missing router config section after uploading lab v6.2.0-20

Hello,
I was transferring a few labs between computers running eve-ng pro that were recently upgraded to ver 6.2.0-20. The second computer had not had either lab prior to the install. I had issues with some vios layer3 router configs. In the first lab, 2 vios routers booted up missing the router bgp config section in the running-config. In the second lab, it was a vios router missing the router ospf running-config section. In each case the start-up config had those sections. I even tried wiping the devces, then re-associating the start-up config and booting up but those sections were still absent from the running-config. In each case, other sections of the config referenced by router bgp and router ospf were present. To correct the issue, I just had to copy and paste the missing router section, wr, and export, then reload and all was well. No other lines of config were missing. Initially, I had transferred the labs by copying them from a backup in the labs folder directly to the new instance of eve-ng pro. I then tried exporting ad importing one of the labs after renaming. I still encountered the same issues.
When I setup the new eve-ng-pro instance, I copied all the files from labs and addons folders then did the fix permissions. Nodes all started no issues. Everything seemed ok except those few sections of router ospf or router bgp config. These labs had morphed over time but the router sections have been around for many iterations.
Was there something I missed?
Thanks,
David
