I just installed EVE on ESXi using the ova from this site...Every picture of EVE web interface I have seen, shows an icon on the left hand side menu that you can use to create a link, but mine is missing that icon. What can I do to make the icon appear?

You have just to mouse over a node, and drag the socket to target node/network
