role-based access

Latest release only has 'admin' role in the GUI. In previous releases, there was the 'editor' and 'user' role. Is this intentional (e.g. part of premium edition or learning center) or is this a bug?

From the changelog (v2.0.3-53), there is only the admin role. Is role-based access planned for the other variants of EVE then (premium, learning center)?
