Buying preofessional for lab classroom

I know the learning centre edition is coming but I wanted some feedback on the best way to purchase for lab type learning. For classes in a corporate environment we currently use the free version of eve with several instances doing the same labs. It seems like the best idea is to buy multiple copies vs just adding more users for our environment. We have plenty of cpu and memory to do it this way. Would this be your recommendation? Is there a way to buy multiple copies vs multiple users?
