starting routers issue

Hi guys,
Can any one tell me why nodes start then stop immediately ?
And if i start one i can't open the console at all .

looking your topology they are IOL nodes. But IOL need iourc licence to run it.

That really helped, i found an error in the iourc file , now it's all good.
