Post by llew » Sun May 07, 2017 8:29 pm

Hi

Thanks for the great platform,

I have been having a few issues with vIOS devices. I can run them fine , they start up but I cannot telnet to them.
Any advice?

Many Thanks

It can be image issue, CPU and RAM as well...

Also please check Antivirus if you have disabled Antivirus to check inspection for virtualization!!!

Same issue with my IOSv. Working flawlessly on my laptop using VMWare Player but not with my desktop installed with VMWare Workstation Pro. I'll try to check my Avast later. But I doubt that it's causing the issue.

Avast is the culprit. I'm now able to run my Cisco vIOS L2 and L3 images, ASAv and IOL.

Been a GNS3 user for years and EVE-NG looks promising.
