Unable to login on GUI when clicking sign in button

Unable to login on GUI when clicking sign in button

Hi Mates,
When i am clicking on sing in then there is no response. Earlier it was working fine. Is anyone knows how to fix. I checked apache2 service as well ,infact restarted the same but no luck. Kindly help to fix.

probably EVE hDD is full
or not cleared browser cache
