Slow Performance
Hi,
I installed the eve (old unetlab too) I could notice that i have a poor performance to boot my devices. I have a i7, ssd 32gb, with virtualization enabled on BIOS, but is take too long to boog the juniper vMX, vSRX as well. I've wait for around 1 hour to boot one device.
I've already try to enable some vmware tips but didn't work. May you have something to help me?
Regards

Re: Slow Performance
We never observe such situation with i7.
Juniper devices are very long to boot, indeed but should be booted after 10 minutes ( first time boot requiring some disk initialization )

Yes, I'm running vmware workstation 12, I have an asus rog laptop i7 6700HQ with SSD. I really don't know what can i do to resolve that.
Juniper virtual router take a long to boot (5min, 10min is perfect) but 1 hour is a lot. I seems like some I/O problem. When I set up vMX directly on vmware, it worked fine.

Re: Slow Performance
Hi,
Yes, I'm running a windows 64bits - windows 10 64bits - vmware workstation 12.
I've already checked, the vt in bios is enabled, is everything correct in my setup. I don't know what is going on here.
It's seems like my read and write disk is slow, but i have a ssd. may is some interface between workstation because nested virtualization.

Re: Slow Performance
Hi UD, Hope you are doing good
I am also facing the same slowness issues Vios and all Qemu machines , They all works fine in UNL with same laptop.. I have LENOVO E550 with i5 processor and 16 GB DDR3 RAM. Question is why they all worked in UNL ,not in EVE. Please check and let me know, Thanks. I am posting this as I have exhausted all the possible steps.. and only hope is you.. Thanks.
