Facing error while adding Palo alto image

Before posting something, READ the changelog, WATCH the videos, howto and provide following:
Your install is: Bare metal, ESXi, what CPU model, RAM, HD, what EVE version you have, output of the uname -a and any other info that might help us faster.

Hi Techies-

I'm getting error while converting the format of qcow2 from ova file for palo alto VM. Please refer attached error message. How to fix it?

it is only saying that you source image is not loaded in directory from where you trying run convert command
