fail installing if proxy

Hello.
I have proxy in my network.
And if I try to install EVE from the iso I have an error cause there is no proxy in /etc/rc.local
It was asked during installation and saved to /etc/apt/apt.conf but it was not copied to /etc/rc.local
wget doesn't know about proxy. so command "wget -O - http://www.eve-ng.net/repo/eczema@ecze.com.gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -" failed.
To fix it edit /etc/eve-setup.sh and add proxy, and start /etc/eve-setup.sh manually.
PS: I don't found issue tracker so if developers read this please fix installer.
