Nokia VSR timos 13 cannot set startup-cfg to exported

dear fellas,
i try to follow tutorial at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRmuLvbwAkk
creating a nokia timos 13 lab. then exported a lab, rename the lab and imported the lab.
after set startup-cfg to exportred, wipe all nodes and start, it cannot read startup config.

i suspect with "admin disconnect" phrase.
