vManage images not booting

Post by mkisready » Mon Dec 16, 2019 11:58 am

Hi Team,

The vmanage images (18.4.302 & 19.2.0) are not booting. I am able to bring the vbond, vsmart and vedge devices up. The procedure followed is as mentioned in the documentation. This eve is installed on an UCS with ESXI. Can any one please guide me to a fix? Do i need to install any license to bring the vmanage up? The templates for vmanage are already present on the new eve-ng community edition. So i believe there is no need to edit the template ( correct me if wrong). I downloaded the image from cco (.qcow2) and renamed it as hda.qcow2. Then did a fix-permissions. Am i missing something?

Would really appreciate any help!

Thanks.
BJ

Could be due to host CPU....

Which cpu is present on your eve server ? ( lscpu )

Its working now. my actual HDD ran out of space. It did not have 100G free space to expand :).
