Convert .bin to .qcow2

Hello guys.

Is there any way to convert .bin files to .qcow2 ?
I'm trying to convert asa9-14-1-smp-k8.bin to qemu version.

It is impossible.
binary file is dedicated only for HW.
It is not virtual image.
You cannot do that
