Ram goes up to 100%

Hi, I have some issue with a topology that run smoothly and then the ram goes up to 100%. After that everything become irresponsive... What could i do to troubleshoot ?

What images exact verions are used in topology?

Hi,
I'm using iol images for 6 nodes. Windows and linux VM. A cucm and a palo alto firewall. It seems to be related to my iol images...

Not related to my iol images. Same behavior with windows vm...
