I installed EVE-NG using VMware Fusion on a MacBook Pro that has a 1TB hard drive. I already added a second HDD, but I may need to increase the total size again. If I add another HDD to increase the current total space, would that cause any issues within EVE-NG? Would EVE-NG add that additional space as it did with the second drive?

you can add on eve up to 7 hdd
so 3rd will not cuase issues...
but do not expand current hdd, but add 3rd
