My current license expires March 2021. If I buy another licence on November 27th, can I start using it from March 2021 and would the 18 months start counting from March 2021 when I apply it or from Nov 27th when the purchase is made?

BF bought lic starts and will be active from date 27th of November when you purchased it.
It cannot be merged or combined with your existing lic..
