yes it can be your time zone setup issue on the eve...
Dynamips is very old IOS and do not undersands time zone names, especially non defined lke +5.5 !!! Name India
Some of USA time zone names have same issue
USE on EVE CLI:
dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
set your timezone usimg digits
