Increase SWAP

Swap increase will not help.
You had overloaded your CPU cpres. EVEN you see 27%, your CPU cores are out of use.
If such happens the server starts look for extra resources in the RAM and SWAP raising starts
Advice: review your labs make it smaller. less nodes and do not let swap start at all
It is all about and only about your EVE which have no more power
