I recently transferred from GNS3 to Eve-NG. I like it so far, but is it me or the nodes have to be turned off before we can connect them together ?

It's pretty annoying.

Yes, this is by design and not that annoying because stoping/starting a node is quick.

But there is a workaround With the Pro version you can add/remove links while nodes are still running (and much more : disable a link, generate latency, packet loss, etc.)
