Hi folks,

i have setup a SDWAN in eve pro, i have installed vedge , vedge(ver:20.7.1) is directly connected to vSwitch (vios_l2_advancek9, ver 15.2), i have made one of vSwith port as routed port and connected to vedge but not i am unable to ping, though physical port is up/up on vedge as well on vSwitch, i tried changing switch port/ new switch but nothing seems working,

can anyone pls help, i am unable to run a environment where two vedge are connected to a single distribution switch over L3 links ,
May be Mike/UD if you see the post and can help ?

We are on EVE live chat..
and it is 100% not eve issue you cannot ping..but mostly issue is where you got viptela images and how did you load it in eve...
Also it can be config issue between your vedge and switch....
no matter it is L2 or L3

thank you for your response UD, it was working when i was connecting Vios router but did not worked when i used vIOS Switch,
this made me to think what does the router do but switch do not , and i could able to figured it out, this issue stand close, thanks again.

works on both switch and router.
I just prefer use nit vIOS but IOL
it has better performance than vIOS
