Azure VM eve-ng Ubuntu 20.04 repository

Hi,
I have been asked to migrate our old eve-ng service running in VMware on-prem, to an Azure hosted VM running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (we currently only use Azure as our corporate cloud provider).
I have searched eve-ng for how-to's but they seem to reference running eve-ng on Ubuntu 16.04, but your changelog says the repositories for 16.04 have been removed.
I also watched your video for eve-ng community on Ubuntu, but again that guidance demonstrates the process on Ubuntu 16.04
I read the install guide, which covers VMware and Google cloud, but no reference to an Azure hosted solution.
Yet the changelog mentions eve-ng on Ubuntu 20.04.
We are contemplating installing an eve-ng appliance on ESXi and then using Azure migrate on the VM, but are currently resisting this option.
Is there a solution I could try (even if Azure/Ubuntu 20.04/eveng is unsupported) ?
