if i login in to the pro page with another browser, current account is logged out.

you cannot to do it on same login
It is not allowed to have multi https sessions from single login
From anothe user login yes

I also open multiple ones. So, I cannot access it. I logout to some and I can use it. smash karts

You can not, because only one session is allowed from one user at the same time.
Instead:
You can create another EVE account and use eve pro feature called Shared Project.
This will allow 2 or more users work an the same lab.
