can ping eve, but not gui

Hi two Palo alto are runnning on eve. I shutdown eve via cli "shutdown -h now" directly and then moved the host to another room. after restart, i can ping the eve, but cannot access eve via http. did i do something wrong? or something else. Thank you

I think there are some issues with firewall or security settings. build now gg You should check to see if there are any firewall rules or security settings that might be blocking access to the EVE device's HTTP interface.
