Why is there only 10megabit interfaces in eve-ng?
How do I suppose to practice with the cost of switches and routers if only ethernet interfaces exist, doesn't make any sense.
Can somebody tell me that?
Thank you!

Re: Only Ethernet (10Megabit) interfaces in eve-ng?
Hello,
In EVE-NG, the limitation of using 10-megabit interfaces may stem from the fact that the primary focus of EVE-NG is on virtualizing network devices for learning and testing purposes rather than emulating physical hardware with all its specifications.
However, even with 10-megabit interfaces, you can still practice various networking concepts and configurations. You can create complex network topologies, configure routing protocols, set up VLANs, implement QoS, and more within the limitations of the interface speed.
If you require higher-speed interfaces for specific scenarios or technologies, you might want to consider using other network emulation platforms or tools that provide support for Gigabit or faster interfaces.
