QEMU Emulator Screen Size

Does anyone know how to change the size of the tiny QEMU Emulator screen? I have Windows Workstation Virtual Machines for Windows 7, 10, & 11. I have done so much research and tried so many options such as editing "QEMU Custom Options" in the VM itself to no avail. Thanks so much...
