windows 10 NO Internet

Hi

I have esxi and installed eve-ng community 6.4.0.2 and I can ping google through cli.

I have a router connected to Management cloud and configured dhcp on the router interface. I get an dhcp ip on router and I can ping internet.

I have windows 10 connected to the same managemt cloud and It doesnt get DHCP IP. I have manually assigned the IP, gateway and dns it still doesnt connect to the internet.

I have reinstalled the Win10 OS inside eve-ng ( https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/docume ... n-the-eve/ ) few times and it has the same issue.

does win-10 supported in new eve-ng 6 ?

yes win 10 is 100% supported, and it work connecting to the cloud0.
I guess your win10 image is created wrong way

Yes I have connected to cloud 0.
I have downloaded the win 10 image from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/evalcen ... enterprise
I have followed https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/docume ... n-the-eve/ to create win-10 image. after step 12 I have connected the win-10 to Cloud 0 and I dont get DHCP IP.

Please let me know if you need any logs or screenshot

where is Eve installed ?

As I told you issue is your Win image, both Windows 11 and 10 running on ESXi 8, EVE VM

Can you please share the image you are using for windows 10 ?

I have downloaded a genuine copy of the windows 10 from microsoft and followed eve-ng document / procedure many times and it still gives me same error.

you are using old settings for Win 10x64
In the How to advice was set such for Windows 10 x64

Hi Uldis,

Thank you for your suggestions. Despite implementing them, I still encountered issues. After multiple re installations of eve-ng and win-10, I finally received DHCP-assigned IP and DNS on win-10. However, I couldn't ping the gateway or internet.

To resolve this, I connected win-10 directly to the router, pointing the gateway and DNS towards router. Since the router is connected to Cloud0 and can ping the internet, this configuration enabled internet access on my win-10 PC.

With internet access established, I updated Windows 10 and downloaded necessary applications. I then saved the image and continued working offline.
