How to get multiple users to work on the same lab in EVE-NG Pro?

Hi everyone,
I am a new network engineer and currently using an EVE-NG Pro server at my company. Each member of the each team has their own account to log into the system.
Currently, we can view and access each other's labs, however when I open a device in a colleague's lab, it just shows the default Bash command line interface — as if the system did not boot the correct device image.
Is there a way for multiple users to access and interact on the same lab in EVE-NG? If so, what configuration or setup is needed to do this properly?
