I am not able to google to find FTD file with below name (Cisco_Firepower_Threat_Defense_Virtual-6.2.0-362.qcow2).
From Cisco IOS, it is xxx.pkg.

how can i convert the IOS from .pkg to qcow2?

ftd-6.2.0-363.pkg

pkg is upgrade package,
and after you hd installed base qcow and having internet connected to that image you can upgrade your FTD over FMC using pkg...
pkg is not base image mate
