Saving Config for Fortigate and Palo Alto Devices

It looks like saving the config is not possible to do in eve-ng. How are people saving/loading the config for these devices?
Connect your node to Cloud0 and using FTP, TFTP you can load anything in any node.
But configs are saved using simple commit etc..
Or even GUI Svae. Node after lab stopped/started survives
