Need some help, can't upgrade eve to latest release

Post by jchan » Sat Aug 12, 2017 5:01 pm

Hi -

Following UD video to upgrade eve. I was trying to upgrade from 2.0.2-19 to the new eve release this morning but it failed. I tried 2 times with no luck.

During the upgrade process, seeing new version 2.0.3.70 was downloaded/unzipped & installed but when doing dpkg -l eve-ng to check version, it shows version 2.0.2-19

Rooted few times then upgraded again with no help. Does anyone run into the same issue and get a way to fix it?

By the way, i didn't get any error/warning/alarm messages at all. Upgrade process went well but at the end the version stay the same. :( Thanks

Thanks UD, it works this fixed the version issue.

I now run into another issue, hope you can help please?
I can start images saved under "/opt/unetlab/addons/qemu" with no issue. Status shows that QEMU nodes are running but getting a "blank" screen with no outputs when telnet to the devices.

Note: Telnet to IOL and Dynamips nodes are working ok with no issue. Thanks
