EVE-NG on Proxmox
Considering the wide adoption of Proxmox for study and labbing, it would be great if Eve-NG is supported on the free hypervisor

Not officially supported, and works 50/50

Re: EVE-NG on Proxmox
I would love to see it supported on Proxmox. Much as I would like to use ESXi, it only supports 8 cores, and I can't afford to buy a license for more.

Hi,
I've also used the ESXI and know about it. You are able to assign only 8 vCPU for each VM. You need to buy licence to use more than 8 vCPU for it. For this reason I say that it is better than ESXI (freeware). I've already wrote "becauso of cpu and ram allcotion".

Yes, of course but only if you have licenced version and not freeware.

Re: EVE-NG on Proxmox
Have you ever required to connect a PCI device to a node in an EVE-NG lab directly? It's not a typical configuration, but I needed it and couldn't find any straightforward instructions on how to achieve it. I spent some time trying a few different things (and conducting numerous web searches) before getting it to work. This post explains my use case and how simple it is to replicate. https://jealouscomputers.com/7-best-way ... le-gaming/.
