C8000v Not Showing as a Node

Hi,
I followed the steps to install C8Kv image, exactly. However, it's not showing as a node like the other images that I installed.

A bit more info: when I ssh into eve, I can boot the node here, and all things look okay. However, it's just not showing as a node option in the lab dashboard.
Any assistance would be welcomed. TIA!
