Good morning,


I am writing on behalf of NTS, a company that has purchased a valid license to use the PRO version of EVE-NG.


We need to create an environment in EVE-NG with "Cisco's Nexus Dashboard" product on which to run the Fabric Controller (FC) for internal demos in the company related
to VXLAN DC.


The ND (+FC) product is the successor to NDFC, which EVE-NG supports (https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/docume ... k-manager/),
but is now no longer usable as it has been removed from the market by CISCO.


A colleague at CISCO showed me that the Cisco Modeling Labs environment supports ND. Before switching to CML, we are interested in staying on this platform since we
have been very satisfied with it so far.


I am writing to request if you could also integrate ND (for example, the nd-dk9.2.2.2d release) and publish a "how-to" guide for the installation process.

Did you see how much resources need to run such node?
min for single node:
16x CPU and min 64GB RAM

I will check if I can run such on EVE, but this node is crazy....

It would open the way to multi-site VXLAN CISCO DC deployment... quite impossible to test in a real environment, because of the high number of nexus devices necessary.

Are you already prepared the server with 256 CPU and 5122 GB RAM???
maybe then it will be possible in light way....

From CISCO, these are the requirements that should be satisfied:

Node Type: Virtual Node (vND) – app OVA
CPUs: 16vCPUs
Memory: 64GB
Storage (Throughput: 40-50MB/s): 550GB SSD

Our Server is configured as you can see from the attachment, so we would be ready to host the "beast"

If you could provide me the running procedure to try to install the qcow2 image, it could be great.
