Cisco Nexus 9000v VXLAN BGP EVPN Concept Lab workbook and solved ips out of sync

I've been setting up the Cisco Nexus 9000v VXLAN BGP EVPN Concept Lab both using the lab workbook and the solved configurations as this is my first major lab with EVE-NG PRO.
I have a lot of BGP work to do.
What I discovered was that the ip addresses between the lab workbook and the solved configurations are different. Both the lab and the workbook are dated 2020.
I'm not sure if this is intentional or just accidentally got out of sync.
I hope this helps others if they try to use this lab in a similar fashion.
