Nokia VSR 16.0.R2 - Card (not equipped)

Hi everyone, I'm get a problem with vSR version 16.0.R2 I would like to know if does anyone can help me on that. after configure the card it shows me that is not (not equipped)

Here are the timos line on the template router:

CPM: slot=A chassis=SR-12 card=cpm5

IOM: slot=1 chassis=SR-12 card=iom3-xp-b mda/1=m10-1gb-sfp-b mda/2=isa-bb

The same config works well with version 14.*
