nxosv9k-7.0.3.I7.7 not booting upon 2nd boot

Hi,

I have a bare metal install of Eve community on a server with spec:

288GB RAM and 2 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 0 @ 2.90GHz

I followed the instructions as per https://www.eve-ng.net/index.php/docume ... 0v-switch/ to add a 9k image nxosv9k-7.0.3.I7.7.

When I add the node for the first time and boot it up it works fine (I have set the boot command to boot nxos bootflash:nxos.7.0.3.I7.7.bin). However now I'm getting an issue where it seems to crash on boot up when reloading (it doesn't even get to a boot loader).

I have attached a screenshot where the last error mentions "Find PE Image /......" etc.

Any ideas? If I add a new node and follow the process to set the boot command it works but it seems to be an issue when the node is rebooted.

After you set the boot nxos command
need copy runn start
command as well..

Probably Image is jusr corrupted

Thank you. I had done copy run start so maybe it's a corrupt image. When setting up a new node it boots up fine so the template image must be fine. Maybe I'll find something in some Eve-NG log files.

After some playing around the issue was that I was using actual physical switch software instead of the virtual equivalent (Nexus 9000v)

nxosv-final.7.0.3.I7.7.qcow2 works fine.
