Wireshark application update

I have the eve professional version installed. The wireshark that comes as a docker with it has version 3.0.6 which is old and doesn't have a lot of dissectors for packets. Is there a way to upgrade to a newer version of wireshark or integrate it in some other way to eve?

We will upgrade it soon but to stable version only
3.4.0 still have issues reported by wireshark itself
so 3.2.8 then

When will the wireshark update be done? Right now wireshark works only part of the time. Certain labs will not launch wireshark. Let us improve the product please?

Yes, there are two ways to upgrade Wireshark in EVE Professional. You can upgrade the built-in Wireshark elastic manor install a newer version of Wireshark.

You can also install Wireshark directly in your container instead of using an existing image. Suika game
