High ping latency between nodes

I installed EVE-NG 6.2.0-4 on ESXI 6.7. CPU 16 core and 100GB memory and 2TB storage .Spinning disks
When i ping between cisco cat9kv switch to any node the latency is above 200ms.I have reinstalled EVE-NG server and re installed the cisco images.
But the speed between the nodes very slow . When a push some traffic between the nodes i looses coms .
When i do pings inside the cat9kv switch between vlans the pings also above 200ms .
Any idee on what can cause this

most images throughput is not great, get and try these iol images
