Is Packet Tracer enough for CCNA Security exam prep?

Hello.

I've heard from several sources that, in terms of hands-on practice, "Packet Tracer is enough to pass CCNA R&S"

What about CCNA Security (and CCNA Cyber Ops, while we're at it)? Does Packet Tracer support all [or majority of] necessary commands to prepare for these exams?
