How to change the "proxy server configuration" after setup?

In the initial setup, I set "proxy server configuration" to "direct connection". Now I found I cannot block some internet traffic from a qemu VM in eve-ng if I connect the VM to cloud0. I am wondering if I can change "proxy server configuration" to "anonymous proxy" or "authenticated proxy", I can use netfilter/iptables on eve-ng server to block the traffic.

Any opinions are welcomed.
