Per Pod MAC Address Maanagement

It would be nice if EVE-ng would allow per Pod Mac address management.

Would be nice to use locally assigned MAC Address

I know we can set the per VM mac address, but would like to make it so the admin can set up a range on a per POD basis to allow for the VMs to pull from.

but automatically, POD nr is included in HEXof any nodes MAC address used in this POD.

By "pod" do you mean lab? Because I'm not seeing this - all of my labs are starting with the same mac range and this is causing some issues for things trying to get dhcp addresses externally from eve-ng.

I see where I can manually edit each device's MAC, but I'd prefer what you described - that the lab ID is part of the base for all macs assigned in the lab,
