windows workstation install fails with "No bootable device"

Hi everyone,

I am attempting to install Windows workstation and Server. After following the documentation provided here and a couple of videos my install fails when I add the node and start it. I can see the POST going thru the boot disk, dvd/cd, floppy and eventually fails unable to find a boot device. I cut and paste the step to create a virtual disk so that there could be no typos. Appreciate everyone's help!!!

I run EVE-NG 2.0.3-112 / QEMU version 2.4.0 and have exactly the same problem though i used the example and video refered to.
The installation goes ok, but after booting the last time it goes to
"Booting from Hard Disk..
An operating system wasn't found. Try disconnectiong any drives that don't contain an operating system.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart "
