Images not booting and qcow images booting into the linux shell

Images not booting and qcow images booting into the linux shell

Anyone have this issue where their images are booting into the shell of the device? I'm not talking about the loader I mean the actual shell? Also, a 7200 is just turning on and turning right off. The images show correctly and appear to be configured correctly based on the eve-ng documentation. I've attached the journal logs that happen right when I try to boot if that helps.
