Extremely slow uploads from WinSCP and Filezilla

Extremely slow uploads from WinSCP and Filezilla

Anybody ever figure out what the deal is with insanely slow upload speeds? I'm trying to add images to EVE-NG which has been an absolute nightmare to get working correctly. I've tried sftp, scp etc. No matter what I get crazy slow upload speeds, talking hours to upload a single image.
